Trotic (Pvt) Ltd. ("Trotic", "we", "us") is a medical referral and health tourism facilitation company registered in Sri Lanka. We provide a platform that connects individuals seeking medical treatment with accredited partner hospitals and specialists, primarily in India.
Trotic is a facilitation service only. We are not a healthcare provider, medical institution, or licensed medical practitioner. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and clinical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and medical professionals. Trotic makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, outcomes, or suitability of any treatment received at a partner facility.
To submit a consultation request, you must create an account using your email address. Accounts are verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to share your account access with others, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.
Registered partner agents may submit referrals on behalf of patients. By doing so, partners confirm that:
Trotic reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts that misuse the platform or submit fraudulent referrals.
By submitting a consultation request, you consent to Trotic sharing your personal and medical information with our partner hospitals and medical specialists for the purpose of case evaluation. This consent is captured explicitly at the time of submission.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent will not affect referrals already in progress unless you specifically request cancellation.
Submitting a consultation request through Trotic is free of charge. Trotic may receive a facilitation fee from partner hospitals upon successful referral. This does not affect the cost of treatment you receive, which is agreed directly between you and the treating hospital.
Any financial arrangements for medical treatment, travel, or accommodation are made directly between you and the relevant service providers. Trotic is not a party to those contracts and accepts no liability for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trotic shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid to Trotic directly by you.
All content on this platform, including but not limited to the Trotic name, logo, website design, and written content, is the intellectual property of Trotic (Pvt) Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
Trotic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, partner hospitals, or Trotic's reputation.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of our platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
